The Third Meeting of the Coordination Group for the establishment of International Turkic News Channel (ITNC) was held in Istanbul on 27 July 2015.
Representatives of the National TV Channels and the relevant State authorities of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic and the Republic of Turkey were present at the meeting.
During the meeting the parties discussed in details the draft Concept Paper and exchanged their views on the essential aspects of the document such as budget and the establishment mechanisms of the ITNC.
It was agreed that a finalized Concept Paper will be presented for approval to the Ministers in charge of Information and Media of the Member States during the Ministerial Meeting to be held on 18 August 2015 in Astana.
