On the margins of the Turkic Council`s activities in the filed of tourism cooperation, the tourism information tour to Kazakhstan has started on 21 March 2016 in Almaty. Tour operators, representatives of the Ministeries in charge of tourism and media of the member states attend the information tour.
After Almaty, cities of Turkestan, Chimkent and Taraz which are all within the Turkic Council Modern Silk Road Tour Package, will be visited.
During the information tour, the participants will follow the heritage of the historical Silk Road along Southern Kazakhstan.
Turkic Council Project Directors, Pelin Musabay Baki, Yedil Myrzakhanov and Yıldız Uzakova coordinate the set programme.
