The Turkic Council delegation headed by the Secretary General Ambassador Ramil Hasanov attended the official opening session of the 28th Annual Session of the Crans Montana Forum held on 5 July 2017 in Barcelona.
During the opening session, video message was screened of Mr. Federico Mayor Zaragoza, Director General of UNESCO in 1987-1999. Under the Chairmanship of Mr. Jean-Paul Carteron, the Founder of Crans Montana Forum, the keynote speakers, the Presidents of Malta and the Republic of Macedonia spoke on how to bring sustainable development, stability and peace to the future world. The session was closed by the speech of Mr. Carles Puigdemont, President of Catalonia, Spain.
Advisor to the Secretary General Reshad Gasimov and Project Director Yedil Myrzakhanov accompanied to the Secretary General during the session.
