Secretary General of the Turkic Council Ambassador Ramil Hasanov,who is in the Kyrgyz Republic to attend the 7th Plenary Session of the Parliamentary Assembly of Turkic Speaking States (TÜRKPA), held a bilateral meeting with the Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic, Sapar Isakov on 8 December 2017 in Bishkek.
