Secretary General of the Turkic Council Ambassador Ramil Hasanov moderates the Ministerial Meeting which is hosted by Minister of Transport, Maritime Affairs and Communication of the Republic of Turkey Binali Yıldırım. Among other participants from the member states are Minister of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic Argynbek Malayev, Deputy Minister of Transport of the Republic of Azerbaijan Musa Panahov and Deputy Chairman of the Transport Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan Yerlan Zhumashev.
Evaluations concerning the projects carried out under the aegis of the Turkic Council will be made at the meeting. Along with the transport corridors, the ministers will especially discuss in more detail the Central Transport Corridor (Trans-Caspian Transport Route) passing across the member states and exchanges ideas on steps to make this alternative route efficient and consistent.
The Final Declaration of the Workshop on the Trans-Caspian Multimodal Route to be co-organized by the Turkic Council and Ministry of Transport, Maritime Affairs and Communications of the Republic of Turkey will presented to the Honorable Ministers at the Third Meeting of Turkic Council Ministers of Transport.
