The delegation presided by Dr. Ömer Kocaman, Deputy Secretary General of the Turkic Council met with Harun Baştürk, Vice-President of Sales Department for Asia and Far East of Turkish Airlines (THY) on 30 March 2017 in Istanbul.
In the meeting that was attended by the representatives of Antur and TURSAB from the Turkic Council side, the modalities to present the Turkic Council Modern Silk Road Joint Tour Package in Asia and Far East with the support of THY were discussed. The familiarization trip of the abovementioned package that THY backs will be kicked off on 21 April 2017 with the participation of international tour operators and media members.
After the meeting with the THY, Project Directors Pelin Musabay Baki and Yedil Mirzakhanov met with Jangwon Kim, Deputy Director of Korea Tourism Organization and discussed the ways to promote the Joint Tour Package in Korea.
