Deputy Secretary General of the Turkic Council Dr. Ömer Kocaman and Project Director Zamin Aliyev participated in the 5th Meeting of the Commission on Social, Cultural and Humanitarian Affairs of TÜRKPA held on 24 May 2016 at the Building of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Astana.
The topic of the meeting was Cooperation among TÜRKPA Member Countries in Disaster and Crisis Management issues. Deputy Secretary General Dr. Omer Kocaman gave a speech at the meeting and presented recommendations concerning the topic.
