At the meeting the Turkic Council delegation composed of Project Director, Ms. Özge Pan and Advisor to the Secretary General, Mr. Rashad Gasimov gave a general overoview on economic cooperation, which constitutes the driving force of numerous cooperation mechanisms within the Turkic Council. The delegation also made a detailed presentation of the Council’s ongoing web portal project. They also informed the First Deputy Minister of Economy on other cooperation mechanisms established under the Organization.
The First Deputy Minister welcomed the web portal initiative and expressed their readiness to take part in the project which basically aims at establishing direct communication among private sectors of the Member States and providing them with comprehensive, reliable and up-to-date information on every aspect of economic life and environment in the region.
At the end of the meeting the delegation exchanged gifts with H.E. Mr. Mubin Mirzaev.
