Turkic Council Deputies Secretaries General Abzal Saparbekuly and Dr. Ömer Kocaman participated in the reception hosted by the Mr. Fahri Yönlüer, Consul General of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus to Istanbul, on the occasion of the 33rd Anniversary of the establishment of TRNC on 15 November 2016.
A large number of politicians, soldiers, bureaucrats and businessmen attended the reception where Ismail Gültekin, the Deputy Governor of Istanbul, delivered a speech.
Deputies Secretaries General held several bilateral meetings during the reception.
