Election observer delegation headed by Deputy Secretary General Dr. Ömer Kocaman began monitoring activities in the framework of the International Election Mission of the Constitutional Referendum in the Kyrgyz Republic in two groups in Bishkek on 11 December 2016.
The delegation composed of the officials of the Turkic Council and representatives from Member States started its activities by visiting the polling stations. At the end of the day, the delegates will also monitor the counting of votes.
