Turkic Council Foreign Ministers met in Almaty.
At the session, which set the stage for  the First Summit of the Cooperation Council of Turkic Speaking States, the Foreign Ministers Council officialy met in Almaty on 20 October 2011.  The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan, Deputy Ministers of Azerbaijan and Kyrgyzstan and the Deputy Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkey attended the Meeting. They discussed several issues including  the final documents of Organization’s Permanent Secretariat as well as  completed coordinating the final version of the Almaty Summit Declaration.
