Deputy Secretary General of the Turkic Council Dr. Ömer Kocaman and Project Director Zhyldyz Uzakova are taking part in the “Turkic States at the 25th Year of Independence Symposium” organized by the Ahmet Yesevi University.
Organized in honor of the UNESCO 2016 Khoja Akhmet Yassawi Year, the “Turkic States at the 25th Year of Independence Symposium” started on 6 October 2016. The dynamics over the past 25 years in Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan will be evaluated in an academic sense at the symposium organized by Khoja Akhmet Yassawi International Kazakh-Turkish University that will be held throughout 6-7 October 2016.

Project Director Zhyldyz Uzakova made a presentation about the Turkic Council on behalf of organization at the panel entitled “Eternal Friendship Building During Quarter-Century Period of Independence: Multilateral Cooperation among the Turkic Republics. Twelve panels will take place at the symposium in total.
