Turkic Council Junior Diplomats 4th Training Program has started in Bishkek.
Turkic Council Junior Diplomats 4th Training program has started on 3 July 2017 at Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic.
20 junior diplomats from Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkey and Hungary are participating in the program, which was launched by the opening speech of Professor Chinara Adamkulova, Rector of Diplomatic Academy of MFA of Kyrgyz Republic, Aybek Omokeev, Permanent Secretary of MFA of Kyrgyz Republic, Metin Kilic, Ambassador of the Republic of Turkey and Dr. Omer Kocaman, Deputy Secretary General of the Turkic Council.

In accordance with the Cooperation Protocol among the Ministries of Foreign Affairs, signed at the Third Summit of the Turkic Council, Junior Diplomats Joint Training Program was included in the activities of the Turkic Council. In this framework, First, Second and Third Junior Diplomats Joint Training Programs were organized in Turkey on 13-25 April 2014, in Azerbaijan on 1-15 March 2015, and in Kazakhstan on 23 may-5 June 2016 respectively.

The Secretariat prepares the contents of the training programs taking into consideration the priorities of the Turkic Council and the host country as well as the experiences from the previous programs. Through the programs, junior diplomats of the Member States attend two-week training in one of the Member States to increase their knowledge about that country, current issues of international relations as well as to build lasting friendship with each other.

The program in Kyrgyzstan will last for two weeks and end on 16 July 2017.
