Turkic Council Junior Diplomats 4th Training program participants visited UN Office on 6 July 2017 in Bishkek.
They have been informed about the projects and programs of UNICEF and UNDP implemented in Azerbaijan and Central Asian countries, specifically in Kyrgyzstan by UNICEF Representative Ms.Yukie Mokuo and UNDP Deputy Resident Representative Ms. Aliona Niculita. UNDP Chief Technical Adviser on Rule of Law Mr. Lucio Valerio Sarandrea shared information on their efforts on reaching the Sustainable Development Goals.
Before their visit to UN office, they had lectures on Kyrgyz and Turkish languages as well as the lectures by Mr. Evgeniy Kablukov on Central Asia in the Context of Globalization and by Professor Fırat Purtaş, Deputy Secretary General of TURKSOY, on the topic of “Cultural Integration of Turkic World: TURKSOY Perspective”.
