Project Director of the Turkic Council Farid Damirli participated in the 51st session of the General Assembly of PABSEC held on 20-21 June 2018 in Tirana, Albania. The Assembly was inaugurated with the speech of the Speaker of the Parliament of Albania.

Following the opening ceremony Project Director Damirli addressed the Assembly. In his statement he touched upon recent activities and projects carried out by the Turkic Council Secretariat. He also shared information about initiatives in the field of education, cooperation with UN and its affiliated organizations.
