Turkic Council Project Director Jeyhun Shahverdiyev participated at "My Azerbaijan" and “Koroglu” concert program performed by the Dance Ensemble of the Azerbaijan State Academic Philharmonic named after Muslim Magomayev on 27 January 2017 in Istanbul.
The concert program dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the foundation of the Democratic Republic of Azerbaijan presented national dances and a national ballet based on motifs of the "Koroglu" epos.
The Concert was organized by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Consulate General of the Republic of Azerbaijan in Istanbul, Khazar Folklore, Education, and Research Center - Hazarfem and Kucukcekmece Municipality of Istanbul.
