Turkic Council Project Director Pelin Musabay Baki participated in the International Workshop entitled ‘25th year of Diplomatic Relations between Turkey and Turkic & Central Asian States organized by the Center for Strategic Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Turkey and Middle East Technical University (METU) on 21 December 2017 in Ankara.
At the opening ceremony of the workshop, Prof. Dr. Oktay Tanrısever, Chair of Phd Program in Area Studies of METU, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mesut Özcan, President of SAM, Prof. Dr. Özlem Özdemir Dean of Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences of METU, Prof. Dr. Meliha Altunışık, Vice Rector of METU and Ambassador Sefik Vural Altay, Director General for Bilateral Political Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs delivered their speeches and shared their assesments on the 25th year of Diplomatic Relations between Turkey and Turkic & Central Asian States.
Project Director Baki spoke during the opening session of the Workshop entitled "Appraisal of 25-years of relations under global and regional developments” and presented comprehensive information to the participants on the achievements of the Turkic Council since its establishment as well as the activities and projects being carried out by the Turkic Council.
Project Director Baki also contacted with the participants during the Workshop.
