Turkic Council Project Director Zamin Aliyev participated at the Fourth Meeting of the TURKPA Commission on Social, Cultural and Humanitarian Affairs, the subject which was “Increasing the Information flow among the TURKPA Member Countries”.
At the meeting Zamin Aliyev gave a speech informing the participants on the activities of Turkic Council regarding the discussed subject and establishment of Joint TV Channel.
