Turkic Council Project Directors Assan Mazhitov and Farid Damirli participated at the musical concert program performed by the Kazakhstan Karagandy Symphony Orchestra on 20 November 2017 in Istanbul.

The concert comprising Turkic and international classical and opera music was organized by International Organization of Turkic Culture (TURKSOY)and was devoted to the 70th birthday of the Secretary General of TURKSOY Ambassador Dusein Kaseinov.

Turkic Council Secretary General Ambassador Ramil Hasanov also congratulated Ambassador Kaseinov.
