Turkic Council Project Directors Zamin Aliyev and Mehmet Şefik Yurtçiçek participated in the Conference organized within the framework of “Justice for Khojaly" week by Young Reformers Public Union of Azerbaijan, Yeniçağ Newspaper of Azerbaijan and Social Youth Community of Turkey on 22 February 2016 at the Marmara University.
Project Director Zamin Aliyev delivered a speech during the Conference mentioning the importance given to the issue by the Turkic Council.
