Turkic Council Project Directors, Zhyldyz Uzakova and Ali Çiviler, attended the `International Conference on e-Government in Turkey and Best Practices on e-Government`.
Turkic Council Project Directors, Zhyldyz Uzakova and Ali Çiviler, attended the “International Conference on e-Government in Turkey and Best Practices on e-Government” organized in cooperation with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Turkey and United Nations Development Programme (UNDP).
 
The Project on “Institutionalization and Broader Use of the e-Consulate System for Increased Efficiency in the Service Delivery of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs” was presented at the conference.
 
Representatives of the Ministries of Foreign Affairs, Development and Transport as well as academicians also made presentations on the e-Government applications in use in Turkey.
 
E-Government applications in the world with a particular reference to succesful practices in regional countries were highlighted at the second part of the conference. In this context, information on ASAN Service of Azerbaijan, which earned the 2015 UN Public Service Award, was provided as an important example of innovative government service.
