7th World Customs Organization (WCO) Meeting of the Working Group on the WTO Trade Facilitation Agreement began on 6 March 2017 at the WCO headquarters in Brussels.
The two-day meeting opened with the address by the Director Compliance and Facilitation Ms. Ana Hinojosa. Developments of WTO Trade Facilitation Agreement(TFA), private sector involvement in TFA implementation, digital customs and TFA implementation were discussed following the meeting.
Numerous representatives from the WCO member states and international organisations participated in the meeting.
Project Director Mr. Assan Mazhitov attended the meetings on behalf of the Turkic Council Secretariat.
