Turkic Council Secretary General Ambassador Ramil Hasanov participated in the World Business Summit New York 2017 hosted by Independent Industrialists and Businessmen Association (MUSIAD USA) and partnered by the New York-based consulting and organization firm TAO Consulting on 20 September 2017.
The summit brought together nearly 30 high-profile speakers and participants from over 20 countries including the Member States of the Turkic Council, first and for most Turkey`s Economy Minister Nihat Zeybekçi, MUSIAD President Abdurrahman Kaan, Brooklyn Mayor Eric Adams and Turkey`s Consul General in New York Ertan Yalçın.
The opening ceremony was followed by four panel sessions on sectors of finance, media, technology and construction.
On the margins of the Summit, Secretary General Hasanov held bilateral contacts with the Consulate General of Turkey and some business people and provided information on the activities of the Turkic Council.
Secretary General was accompanied by Project Directors Assan Mazhitov, Pelin Musabay Baki, Ali Çiviler, Jeyhun Shahverdiyev and Chief of Protocol Emre Yurdakul.
