Turkic Council Secretary General Ambassador Ramil Hasanov attended the reception on the occasion of the “25th Anniversary of the Establishment of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation” given by the PABSEC Secretary General Asaf Hajiyev on 1 March 2018 in Istanbul at Çırağan Palace.

Secretary General had several contacts with the high-level bureaucrats attending the reception including chiefs of diplomatic missions, heads of international organizations and ambassadors representing various countries.Secretary General Hasanov also had a bilateral meeting with Hazar İbrahim, Ambassador of the Republic of Azerbaijan in Ankara. Congratulating PABSEC Secretary General Hajiyev on the anniversary of the organization, he also extended his appreciation with the work of PABSEC Secretariat welcoming further collaboration between the two organizations.

Acting Chief of Protocol Araz Salmanov accompanied Secretary General Hasanov during the reception.
