Turkic Council Secretary General Ambassador Ramil Hasanov visited Head of the Administration of the Presidency of the Kyrgyz Republic Sapar Isakov on 6 April 2017 at his Office at the Presidency.

During the meeting, Secretary General Hasanov gave general information about the projects being carried out by the Turkic Council, the current situation of the related institutions of the Turkic Council and the business forum recently organized in Kazakhstan.

Secretary General Hasanov also provided information regarding the preperations of the of the Second Meeting of the Turkic Council Ministers in Charge of Youth and Sports, the Meeting of the Turkic Council Ministers in Charge of Culture and Tourism as well as the the Meeting of the Turkic Council Ministers of Energy which will be organized for the first time. Referring to the promotion programme of the Turkic Council Modern Silk Road Joint Tour Package to be held in April, Secretary General Hasanov also presented the Activity Report of the Turkic Council for 2016, brochure of the international conference commemorating the “Khojaly Genocide” taken place in Ankara and brochure of the international conference on the “Role of Youth in Preventing and Countering Violent Extremism” co-organized earlier with UNAOC to Head of the Administration of the Presidency of the Kyrgyz Republic Sapar Isakov.

Head of the Administration of the Presidency Sapar Isakov stated that they are pleased with the successful work of Turkic Council and added that Kyrgyz Republic has full confidence in the Secretary General Hasanov and thanked him personally for the activities of the Turkic Council. Mr. Isakov has also repeated that they will continue to provide support for all the activities and work of the Turkic Council at the highest level.

At the end of the meeting, General Secretary Hasanov congratulated Sapar Isakov on his new appointment and presented him a gift and expressed gratitude for his support.

Project Director Zhyldyz Uzakova and Chief of Protocol Emre Yurdakul accompanied Secretary General during the meeting.
