On the occasion of his official visit to Brussels, Turkic Council Secretary General Ambassador Ramil Hasanov visited on February 16, 2015, Ambassador Selim Yenel, Permanent Representative of Turkey to EU and Mr. Hakan Olcay, Ambassador of the Turkish Republic to Brussels as Turkey holds the Chairmanship of the Turkic Council. At the meeting, Secretary General Ambassador Hasanov informed the Ambassadors about the prospective activities of the Turkic Council in the coming period. At the meeting, they emphasized the importance of promotional activities in order to the increase the profile of the Turkic Council throughout Europe and organizing joint events with the think tanks in Brussels. Ambassador Hasanov was accompanied by Project Directors Farid Damirli and Pelin Musabay Baki during the visit.
