During the meeting Secretary General gave information about the Joint International Observer Mission formed by the Turkic Council which will monitor the upcoming 25th term MP General Elections of the Republic of Turkey. The observer mission composed of the members of the Supreme Election Boards of Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan as well as representatives of Turkic Academy and international project directors of the Turkic Council will be headed by Secretary General Ramil Hasanov. The international mission consisting of 16 people will carry out its activities in Istanbul, Izmir, Trabzon and Van.

Furthermore during the meeting Mr. Sadi Güven gave information about the process and methods to be used during the elections.

After the meeting, Secretary General Ramil Hasanov presented a gift to Mr. Sadi Güven on behalf of the Turkic Council.

Turkic Council Project Director Pelin Musabay Baki and Chief of Protocol Emre Yurdakul accompanied Secretary General during the meeting.
