Turkic Council Secretary General Ambassador Ramil Hasanov was invited to the Ceremony of State Medal of Honor to be presented to General Necdet Ozel, Commander of Staff, by the Presidency of the Republic of Turkey, at the Presidential Complex in Ankara on August 11, 2015. Ambassador Hasanov participated in the Ceremony and taking this opportunity held several meetings in Ankara.
