Secretary General of the Turkic Council Baghdad Amreyev had a meeting with Special Representative, Head of the UN Regional Centre for Preventive Diplomacy for Central Asia (UNRCCA) Natalia Gherman on the sidelines of the High-Level International Conference "Central and South Asia: Regional Interconnectivity. Challenges and Opportunities" held on 15-16 July 2021 in Tashkent.

During the meeting, Parties exchanged information and shared their latest developments and pressing items of the two organizations' agenda. They also discussed developing enhanced dialogue, implementing confidence-building measures and genuine partnerships in responding to existing threats and emerging challenges in the region.
