Upon the invitation of Azerbaijan Governement, Turkic Council Secretary General Mr. Ramil Hasanov participated in the 4th Baku International Humanitarian Forum on 2 October 2014 and addressed to the Forum participants. The Secretary General will be meeting with several government officials during his visit in Baku.

Baku International Humanitarian Forum is an annual event of famous representatives of political scientific and cultural elite of the world community whose aim is holding dialogues, discussions and exchange of views on wide range of global issues in the interest of all humanity.
