Turkic Council Secretary General, Mr. Ramil Hasanov participated in the Conference on "Baku-Tbilisi-Kars Railway Link - New Opportunities in the Development of Silk Road Corridors" on 15-16 October 2014 in Baku.
Secretary General delivered a speech during the Opening Ceremony of the Conference as well as at the Session devoted to "Development of the Transport Corridors Towards the East-West". The speeches can be found herebelow.
The Conference, was held with high level participation from the countries as well as from the international organizations.
