Turkic Council Secretary General, Mr. Ramil Hasanov will participate in the Conference on "Baku-Tbilisi-Kars Railway Link - New Opportunities in the Development of Silk Road Corridors" on 15-16 October 2014 in Baku.
Secretary General will deliver a speech during the Opening Ceremony of the Conference as well as at the Session devoted to "Development of the Transport Corridors Towards the East-West". His speech entitled "Initiatives to increase the efficiency of transport in Eurasian region. The main routes of the freight flow between Europe and Asia" is given below.
The Conference, which will be held with high level participation from the countries as well as from the international organizations, is considered to be indication of growing importance of the "Central Corridor" on East-West transport line.
