Turkic Council Seceratary General Halil Akıncı, participated in the OSCE Conference on Strengthening Security through Regional Cooperation on 13-14 February 2012 in the city of Chiang Mai, Thailand. Mr. Akıncı met with OSCE officials as well as with the heads of various international organizations participating to the Conference.
