Turkic Council Secretary General received the Ambassador of the Kyrgyz Republic 
Secretary General of the Turkic Council H.E. Baghdad Amreyev received the Ambassador of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Republic of Turkey H.E. Kubanychbek Omuraliev at the premises of the Turkic Council Secretariat in Istanbul on 6 April 2021.
Kyrgyz Ambassador expressed his happiness to visit the Secretary General in the new building of the Turkic Council Secretariat and wished him and the staff every success in the endeavors of the Organization. He briefed Secretary General on the recent development of political, economic, and trade relations of Kyrgyzstan with the Member States. 
Emphasizing the significance of the Turkic Council’s entry into a new era of cooperation, the Ambassador noted the efficiency and richness of the agenda of the informal Turkestan Summit, held via videoconference on 31 March 2021.
Secretary General welcomed the Ambassador and thanked for his visit. He also expressed the gratification for the great contribution and active participation of Kyrgyzstan in deepening cooperation among the Turkic Council Member States.
Secretary General shared with the Ambassador with the recent development of the Turkic Council’s agenda, as well as the ongoing initiatives of the Organization in economic, trade and investment agenda, emphasizing particularly determining a collective strategy for trade facilitation, establishment of the Turkic finance institutions.
Ambassador also expressed his gratitude to the Secretary General for the Secretariats fruitful work and endeavors to strengthen the spirit of brotherhood and unity of the entire Turkic world. 
Parties also exchanged views on a number of relevant issues on the international and regional agenda.
