A two-day photo and art exhibition reflecting the tragedy of Khojaly was opened in Istanbul’s Taksim subway station on 17 February 2012 within the framework of Justice for Khojaly campaign activities initiated by the Islamic Conference Youth Forum for Dialogue and Cooperation under the motto of “Justice for Khojaly, Freedom for Karabakh”.
Secretary General of the the Turkic Council Halil Akinci, participated in the opening ceremony and made a speech at a conference held before the exhibition. The Deputy Minister of Sports and Youth of Azerbaijan, Member of the Azerbaijani Parliament Mr. Jeyhun Osmanlı, Consul General of Azerbaijan together with many Turkish and Azeri officials and academicians attended the opening ceremony .
The exhibition will be open until 19 February.
