Within the framework of the World Humanitarian Summit, the Secretary General of the Turkic Council Ambassador Ramil Hasanov participated in the session entitled ‘Humanitarian Aid to Sustainable Development’ hosted by TİKA on 23 May 2016.
The opening speech of the session was made by President of TİKA, Mr. Serdar Çam and Ms. Cihan Sultanoğlu, Assistant Secretary-General of the United Nations, and Assistant Administrator and Director of the Regional Bureau for Europe and the Commonwealth of Independent States (RBEC) of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) also addressed to the participants at the session.
Turkic Council and UNDP will sign tomorrow a Memorandum of Understanding for cooperation.
Project Director Pelin Musabay Baki and Chief of Protocol Emre Yurdakul accompanied to the Secretary General at the session.
